Cosplay Alley Applications

Έγκυρες θεωρούνται όλες οι αιτήσεις συμμετοχής που λάβαμε μέχρι και 23/2/2024.

❗ Ενημερώνουμε πως οι θέσεις είναι περιορισμένες! ❗

Το κόστος συμμετοχής για όλο το τριήμερο είναι 60€ και αφορά ένα τραπέζι διαστάσεων 1.25×0.80×0.80 cm
Στο κάθε τραπέζι αναλογεί μία καρέκλα και ένα badge εισόδου
Υπάρχει η δυνατότητα στο ίδιο τραπέζι να φιλοξενηθούν δύο συμμετέχοντες, κατόπιν συνεννόησης μεταξύ τους. Σε αυτήν την περίπτωση, η έξτρα καρέκλα συν το free pass, χρεώνεται 10 ευρώ επιπλέον (μέγιστο 1 άτομο)
Οι αιτήσεις είναι αυστηρά προσωπικές.
Συμμετοχές που εμπορεύονται έργα Generative AI ΔΕΝ θα γίνουν δεκτές. Σε περίπτωση πώλησης Generative AI έργων, το “The Comic Con” διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να αποκλείσει τους εν λόγω συμμετέχοντες από μελλοντικές διοργανώσεις.

Όλοι οι cosplayers που θα φιλοξενηθούν στο Cosplay Alley του “The Comic Con vol. 8”, θα ειδοποιηθούν με email.

Προσωπική απάντηση θα λάβουν όλοι όσοι έστειλαν αίτηση.

If you’re a cosplayer looking to showcase your work, we’re excited to invite you to apply! Please fill in your details below after familiarizing yourself with the necessary information. All submissions are valid until 23/2/2024.

❗ LIMITED AVAILABILITY ALERT❗

The participation fee for the entire three-day event is €60. Each cosplayer will be provided with a table measuring 1.25m x 0.80m x 0.80m.
Each table is assigned a chair and an entrance badge
Two participants can collaborate and share a table, upon mutual agreement. The second participant receives an extra chair and a free pass for an additional €10 (maximum one additional person).
Applications must be individual and personal.
We do not accept participants selling Generative AI projects. If such works are sold, “The Comic Con” reserves the right to disqualify the participant from future events.
