Manolis Makrogiannakis

Manolis Makrogiannakis, as one can correctly assume from his name, comes from Crete,but he was born and lives in Athens. Although he studied Mechanical Engineering (he doesn't even know why) what he always liked was drawing characters he read in comics or saw in cartoons on TV. He defines himself as an animator while in reality he has dealt with a little bit of everything. From illustrator to freelancer animator and from graphic designer to...waiter. He mainly does fanart (a lot!), digital drawing (he does some of that too) and animation videos (he would like to do more...). His self-published book entitled "The Odyssey otherwise..." has proven to be a real Odyssey for himself and when he will finally complete it, however, he will be waiting for you at his counter with the first three issues of the series as well as many other goodies.
